Our young people need extra support to navigate their way through their adolescence years and understand what tools could help them to feel more balanced in life.
I offer a range of services for young people to improve their mental wellbeing both independently and within an educational setting.
Young people are at a crucial time in their lives; with their brains developing as well as their understanding of themselves and the world.




These vital years of development as adolescents brings scope for them to build a sense of self in the world around them. Coaching support can reduce the pressures felt by young people from social media and peer expectations.
The highly influential world they are growing up in, can make it difficult to navigate their core beliefs and understand who they are as individuals. Investing in our young people’s wellbeing, gives them the opportunity to maintain a positive mindset & understand their own Mental Health needs. Coaching supports children with reducing stress and anxiety, improving confidence , processing emotions and improving their wellbeing for years to come.

Using a range of techniques, professional tools and activities, we can ensure our young people are supported through transitional periods, stressful phases or general life. Helping them to understand emotions, developing coping strategies and feeling empowered to improve their own wellbeing.
