As an Mental Health professional and award winning Wellness coach, I have over a decade of experience supporting a diverse capsule of individuals to improve their Mental Health. I have built a successful and established wellbeing program that empower others to improve their mindset and build resilience for the future.
With a passion for self development and having experienced my own Mental Health challenges in the past, I believe that everything in life happens for a reason when we approach challenges with acceptance. I am committed to supporting others to conquer mental Health struggles, reduce mind stress and aid in moving mindsets forward in a positive direction.
The wellbeing programs on offer use a wide variety of accredited coaching & therapeutic practices that help to build positive lifestyle change. The journey of self development starts with understanding; looking at what holds you back from living a purposeful life. I can support an array of mindset challenges such as anxiety, low self esteem, overwhelm, trauma, suicidal thoughts, stress, depression etc
Positive mental wellbeing is about building strategies that work for you; taking the time to understand your emotions, unpick those limiting beliefs that are embedded in your mind and process any traumatic experiences that can have a long lasting effect.

A little bit more about my story…
The benefits of therapy were invaluable to me at my most vulnerable time. It taught me about acceptance, self belief & courage. I started to see more blue skies than grey and now believe that every one of us deserves easier access to services that empower us to take control of our own mental wellbeing. I use my personal experience in a positive way; becoming the role model I never had.
I am very successful in my field, and by using my story as my power, I now offer access to support that is relatable, inspiring & encouraging. I am passionate about Mental health and after a decade of experience as a professional, I now help others improve their life prospects; forming non- judgmental relationships with clients in a safe environment.
I know first hand that if you embrace the benefits of self development, you’ll naturally be exposed to life’s positivity path; which ultimately builds self confidence. I want others to feel hopeful and reassured that life can get better. I’ve make a commitment as a professional, to raise the profile of self development in our communities and share the tools needed to create mindful positivity; building self awareness, reducing overwhelm, increasing mindfulness & gaining fulfilment.
